My first TomToc was actually a Nintendo Switch case which I loved very much. I later bought hard cases for my wife and son from TomToc and I really liked them too. I recently bought an iPad and needed something to protect it and carry it along with all my other tech devices. I was looking for bags and finally settled on this and another company. Both bags were very well made, but that's why I went to TomToc for this bag and backpack I ordered a week ago. 1: feeling. The bag appears to be of good quality. This is a thick Cordura material that seems to be suffering for a while. The zippers have a solid feel and great traction. It doesn't look like they're going to break down in the next year or two. 2: style. I don't really care, but I also don't want my bag to look totally ridiculous when I'm carrying it. This item is compact but fits my body well and looks good. 3: Strap: This is what ultimately made me turn down my bag from FunkSt Outfitters. (don't get me wrong this is an awesome bag but the sling was too thin when I added my iPad and other accessories to be comfortable) My daily inventory includes: iPad, Apple Pencil, 8BitDo Bluetooth controller, foldable stand for Amazon tablet. , fast charger + anchor cable, bluetooth headphones in a case, sunglasses, travel bottle of aspirin, travel size hand sanitizer, small gooseneck, 8x5 sketchbook, pencil case/pen, small watercolor compartment and my Kobo eBook. With all of these items in this bag, the strap is smooth and wide so it distributes the weight well and doesn't dig into my shoulder. The only thing that bothers me is that the clips that hold the extra strap can't be clamped with prongs or anything. So with my heavy gear the strap will need to be adjusted over time but that doesn't matter, it doesn't slip while I'm wearing it. Storage: This is the main reason I chose and continue to choose TomToc. I prefer a bag with many pockets. I like to keep my stuff organized in my bag with separate pockets and zippered compartments. TomToc delivers in spades. I have plenty of pockets, sleeves and zipped compartments to keep all my toys separate and in perfect condition. For that I love their products and as long as they continue to provide stylish products with high shelf life I will continue to buy from them.
