I didn't expect the matte titanium finish to be easy on the fingers. However, that is exactly what happened. I don't know if the disposables I've used in Chinese restaurants have been that bad but so far they've been the right length for me and even my girlfriend who got the purple case likes to use them. I can even get them from a nearby Chinese buffet and I liked the chopsticks there. They will never go in the dishwasher simply because I don't have a good way of holding them in place. But they are very easy to erase, and keeping them in order is an incredible task.
