The packaging is a bit crumpled (not the Amazon box, but the packaging of the product). The microphone and accessories were tightly packed in foam pads. None of the components were damaged. An instruction manual was included, but left a lot to be desired. Installation was pretty easy and straightforward. Attach the stand base to the table, insert and position the stand as required and tighten. It should be noted that the part of the stand that inserts into the base is hollow and not perfectly round. It looks twisted and can lose its shape if overtightened. Attaching the mic and filter was easy and provided a secure fit. The USB cable is long enough to place the mic almost anywhere on a standard sized desk. The sound quality is excellent. I had the opportunity to record a few test segments and the playback was crisp and clear. I also had the opportunity to spend 6 hours on the conference line using MS commands and participants said my audio was exceptionally sharp and clear. Clarity for conference calls. The general build quality could be better, but the results outweigh this at this price point.
