The simplicity of creating requests, as well as tracking them via email. You can also set reminders to send out your emails! I love that you have an option for all in one inbox or separate request boxes. Sometimes it's hard to find what i'm looking for when searching through multiple requests at once. It would be great if there was more search functionality where you could narrow down searches by date range etc. Also sometimes its difficult to see who has commented on my request box so that i know they've read it yet! Great tool for managing customer communication with clients/ customers.
