Great way keep track and communicate internally

It provides me with all of my marketing materials I need in one place, which makes things easier!The emails from Customer Service are very helpful for questions that arise as you take steps to process or fulfill your order request. Having everything organized into sections will help make sure nothing gets lost during this time. There is some difficulty when editing forms due date/time fields so if those were fixed it would improve overall customer experience significantly!! The system does not…

Easy and effective way manage client communications

The simplicity of creating requests, as well as tracking them via email. You can also set reminders to send out your emails! I love that you have an option for all in one inbox or separate request boxes. Sometimes it's hard to find what i'm looking for when searching through multiple requests at once. It would be great if there was more search functionality where you could narrow down searches by date range etc. Also sometimes its difficult to see who has commented on my request box so that i…

Great tool but email delivery times could use improvement

I like that you can send out emails with different templates to different people, which is great for our needs as we are constantly sending out emails to multiple departments and people at once. Also, they have some pretty nice filters too so it's easy to keep track of who has received your request. The fact that there isn't an option to add more than one CC recipient. It would be nice if there was a way to do this in their system. This makes it easy to send out mass emails instead of having to
