Great tool but email delivery times could use improvement

I like that you can send out emails with different templates to different people, which is great for our needs as we are constantly sending out emails to multiple departments and people at once. Also, they have some pretty nice filters too so it's easy to keep track of who has received your request. The fact that there isn't an option to add more than one CC recipient. It would be nice if there was a way to do this in their system. This makes it easy to send out mass emails instead of having to go back and forth with each person individually. Sending out emails can sometimes take awhile (especially when you're dealing with 50+ people) since I'm not sure what the hold up is or why it takes them so long. But overall, it does help to cut down on wasted time and allows us to get things done faster.
