*updated 12/2018* I've had this flashlight for a year now and stand by my original review. It doesn't take up much dashboard space and is just as bright as day one. Very happy with this purchase! I did not order another one for my rear window but got one for my wife's car. For such a price it would not even be enough to buy a flashlight from one of the expensive suppliers *Original review *Very bright for the price. Installed just behind the rearview mirror and the power cord is enough to hide behind the fairing up to the 12V socket. It took me about 15 minutes to unbox it and prepare it for use. The screen latched and didn't fall off as some reviewers have complained that this happened to their screen. I replaced the Whelan Dash King with this one and it's probably 250% brighter and weighs about half as much. My reasoning behind this is that it clears other cars out of the way much faster and from a much greater distance than before. I am very happy with it and will order another one for my rear window. .Consider my review if you are thinking about buying this flashlight. I've only had it for three days, but it's already working as expected.
