I was so excited when my product arrived until I plugged it in and when I tried to open the DVD side the door got stuck or broke and let itself didn't open at all it made a loud clicking noise like it was trying to open it I think but it didn't. And then we tried to use the opened VHS site to get the tape but that didn't work either so I had to return earlier today which was an expensive charge 16.95ai😖 I don't think so that I should be held responsible for this, but it was necessary to send the defective product back via UPS, well.
