This thing saved a life. I bought it used from the seller but it came in near perfect condition. The reason I bought it was to renovate a bamboo floating floor that our company installed a year ago. The general contractor did not follow instructions and screwed a furnace vent through the bottom of the island. This caused the bottom to become detached on one side of the island (the floating bottom must remain buoyant and able to move through contraction and expansion, otherwise separation or buckling could occur). After we fixed the bolts through bottom issue, we used a TruePower floor jack to bring the separate floors together. It saved a life. And it will come in handy when we need to install other floors with curved planks. Definitely a quality tool.
