To be honest. I wasn't expecting much when I opened the package. It's a flat egg-like shape and I didn't buy the hype. Whenever I charged it and went to work, I couldn't believe how clean and soft my face felt. After that I soaked the swab in some toner as usual before moisturizing the skin and the swab was CLEAN. 100% of the times I washed my face before purchasing this product, there was always dirt left behind. I love this little gadget! It's soft and has different speeds so you can adjust it to your comfort level. I was blown away by this product and would recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed! The excitement is real, very real! Five stars all the way!
