I'm 5'10", waist 32-34" (shrunk after 2 months of training). I was 185 when I got the suit and a month later I was 175. The suit fits great for both weights, the size is medium although a bit tight in the chest but my shoulders are a little wide. However, the material is stretchy and I don't even notice it during training. Comfortable on the bike and running, and under a wetsuit you won't even notice it's there. The pockets are handy but may take practice to use, and they're big enough to easily carry my HTC Evo (bigger than an iPhone) around. I like the suit and will probably get another one. Dries out of the water very quickly and doesn't chafe when riding or running, but if you're in open water you might want to use BodyGlide on the relevant areas i.e. H. nipples, thighs and maybe yours, .ahchmmm, .twig and berries , if you know what I mean.
