Description of Bridgestone Blizzak Ice 225/60 R16 98S winter

BR013628225/60R16 98S Blizzak Ice TLfeel the difference when winter is under controlFor Passenger CarsTake your car''s handling to the next level with revolutionary nanotech studless tires BLIZZAK ICE (The next generation of the legendary VRX, called VRX2 in Japan)The legendary BLIZZAK line of studless tires has been on the market for over 30 years , the first generation BLIZZAK tires were first released back in 1988 as a result of many years of testing and innovative developments by Japanese engineers. Having revolutionized the tire world with a superior product in terms of customer satisfaction, Bridgestone didn''t stop there and created a super innovative product that exceeded all consumer expectations, BLIZZAK ICE (VRX 2). The outstanding performance of the super premium BLIZZAK ICE tire on ice and snow has been significantly improved over the reference BLIZZAK VRX tire. The latest rubber compound in this tire Active Multicell Compound II incorporates all the developments in the field of non-studded tires. The asymmetric tread pattern, together with the new rubber compound, allows you to experience all the benefits of driving your car and be completely calm both on ice and on snow. Application of the innovative Active Multicell Compound II Rubber Compound: Thanks to the finely dispersed silicic acid and friction-increasing nanopolymers, the projector''s rubber is in close contact with the icy road surface, and the traction force is increased over a large contact patch. In addition, micropores and drainage channels perform the function of sound absorption. The “Multicell Compound” rubber compound technology has been used since 1988 with the BLIZZAK PM-10. The technology has improved over the years, and as a result, the revolutionary Active Multicell Compound II rubber compound has been created, which allows you to further improve handling on ice and snow and significantly reduce braking distances. The nanotechnological polymer combined with silica makes the tire flexible even at extremely low temperatures, providing control and handling in winter conditions. The use of the innovative Active Multicell Compound II rubber compound maximizes traction and extends tire life: • Nanotechnological polymer combined with silicon dioxide makes the tire flexible even at extremely low temperatures, which maximizes traction on snow and ice. • Micropores in the innovative Active Multicell Compound II rubber compound, open during tire life, resulting in a 22% longer tire life * BLIZZAK ICE benefits: • Excellent braking and control on ice and snow thanks to the new generation of the Active Multicell Compound II rubber compound • Low level

Not a good product, not worth the money.

Normal Velcro; nothing eerie. I'll make a comparison with non-studded Viatti 195/55r15. It is a 205/55r16 tire. It performs noticeably worse than Viatti, especially in terms of cost. As for me, I will never again wear breeches in the summer or the winter (I was dissatisfied with them). Although they lower the price, the quality is mediocre.

Pros
  • Only one thing appealed to me. It maintained control admirably and did not veer off course in heavy snowfall on a curvy road.
Cons
  • The cost of the wheel is almost ten dollars.

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

The two-ton sedan drives with a lot of self-assurance. Inquiring minds want to know about velocity and stopping. A major Siberian metropolis experiences its first winter. Also in perfect working order: the winter track. Enjoying the rubber immensely.

Pros
  • Produced in Japan. Extensively balanced. Naturally, silence.

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

I left the spikes a long time ago, moved to Velcro and have no regrets. There is no noise, no skidding, the brake is in order, what else do you need for winter driving? Very satisfied.

Great product, best quality.

So far one season, so it's too early to talk about wear resistance. Before them skated Revo GZ, five seasons. Both are excellent tires, it's hard to even compare. Very quiet, they tolerate the track well, handling is 5+. On the ice they behave predictably, you need to keep your distance and understand that these are friction clutches. I recommend.

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

Reviewing the product now.Its pros: Quiet, soft, not noisy. Runs great on both snow and ice Its cons: At speeds above 160 km / h, the car begins to "float" on the road

Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

These are my first stickies after many years on spikes. They greatly exceeded my expectations. After them, I don’t want spikes anymore. Pros: Quiet as summer. Resistant on ice, on water, in snow porridge. Brakes very confidently. Cons below: They are inferior to spikes only and only when you need to brake sharply and immediately on ice and for this reason the ABS is activated.

A certificate for tires was presented to the DR by a team of employees. They said that they chose the best that could be for my Suzuki, so that I could get to work in the snow and in the mud. There are no complaints at all. No accidents (pah pah pah), no problems were from November to March. At all.

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

I changed my shoes by the end of December, I thought that my head would be buzzing from noise, but there is no noise at all. This is my first Velcro and I didn't know what to expect) Not spikes. Of course, but it keeps the road on ice confidently (specially drove in for the test), the car does not skid, it follows its own trajectory)

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

On these tires, for the first time, they got into an accident due to the fact that the car behind slowed down on an unclean snowy road worse than we did. However, this could happen on any decent rubber rubber. Some pros: Quiet. Handling, even on the surface, where the brakes are poor. In most cases, the braking is also good. Has some cons: Rubber is not 100% predictable. In the vast majority of cases, the car is obedient, brakes well and behaves as expected from it. But sometimes it happens…

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I purchased a set of winter wheels through the company's online store after placing an order there. The manager called back less than a minute later, and they quickly reached an agreement on all of the terms and conditions for the purchase and delivery of wheels. The wheels were all released in the year 2022. They contacted and sent an SMS to confirm the delivery of the order and stated that the kit had arrived three days sooner than expected. Made arrangements for a complimentary tire…

Pros
  • This particular brand of tires is one of my favorites. I go not for the first time, nor for the first year, and before this ball I go with the Bridgestone Revo GZ model from the year before. Was very happy with the tires' performance. I made the decision to purchase a different type of rubber for my new vehicle. I have high hopes that it will live up to all of our expectations regarding the quality of its driving and the safety it provides.
Cons
  • No

I was able to get a shoe change in before the snow started falling. When I drive my Audi A8, nothing ever goes wrong. My first thought is, how are they going to demonstrate themselves with all this snow? They certainly demonstrated it! There were just a few situations in which I secretly envied other people: when you are driving along a frozen road and there is only one other vehicle within a "five-minute drive": someone's car in someone else's driveway (sorry). You are confident that the money

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

Drove her 5 let. Na all-wheel drive. Until it faded to zero and already caught the bumps in the sixth year, I had to throw it away. But the rubber impression is the best. I've had all of them, but this one is the best for me.

The best thing I've ever used, a great item for everyone!

This premium winter tire offers the finest value in terms of price to quality ratio. Despite the more challenging driving conditions, fuel consumption is at summer tire levels. Even at high speeds, they firmly grasp the road, giving me complete control of the vehicle. They impressed me frequently with their cornering grip while I was driving them for two winters. On all winter surfaces, the acceleration and braking characteristics are consistent with the indicated class. I was able to enjoy…

Pros
  • fully match the luxury class at a reasonable cost.
Cons
  • No.

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

Until the ice, I was a staunch advocate of studs, but now that I've experienced how well this rubber handles the middle lane in the snow, I have to admit that I was wrong. The ABS is unaffected by the surface and there is always grip. I switch to a new pair of shoes around the middle of September because they offer a better driving experience, retain their form in warmer temperatures, and prevent my car from floating during races. Even though the first night frosts never come at a convenient…

Pros
  • The rubber is of high quality.
Cons
  • most likely in a part of Yakutia that is completely devoid of spikes.

A piece of rubber that "sat down and went anywhere, without looking." You don't need to desperately cling to the steering wheel since the tires are held in a rut even when you fly into a frozen puddle from a heated track because the car moves clearly, as if on rails. Deep snow does not cause the rowing to sink or the tread to wash away; it is completely self-cleaning. The rubber and the automobile, respectively, do not float in warm weather and maintain their shapes. Driving a car on a bridge…

Pros
  • outstanding premium tires.
Cons
  • Not even the tongue will move.

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

Not my first pair of breeches - two automobiles, on the suburban "tractor" there are cruisers with spikes, and on the city one I put Blizzak Ice. In the past, I drove about the city on spikes; but, when I got here, I put on shoes that had a friction clutch, and I've never once regretted that decision. If you are the type of person who enjoys sliding all over the place while drifting through winter porridge, then this is not the activity for you. They told them to slow down, and they slowed…

Pros
  • Excellent city tires for this never-ending season of winter
Cons

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

At first, the fact that production wouldn't begin until 2022 caused me some concern; but, as it turned out, my concerns were absolutely unfounded. The rubber molding is precise, of good quality, it can be easily balanced, and it doesn't put a lot of weight on the disks. You may feel that the sidewall is fragile, but in reality it has not been destroyed; therefore, you will need to make an effort to penetrate it. The car has good steering and doesn't plug at all. Snow, slush, or packed snow will

Pros
  • all things considered, every imaginable hope was realized.
Cons
  • The worst of our fears did not come true.
