[Updated] You're Great Again. Thanks to another post I found I was able to pair them properly and I love them again. This particular model (A3912) is very picky about how you reset them (if necessary). If you don't do it right, they won't pair properly. I hope I don't need to do it again, but if I do I've practiced a few times just to make sure I can do it relatively easily. I'll post the steps here clearly so that others can benefit when their devices lose pairing: 1) Place both earbuds in the charging case for at least 10 seconds (make sure the case is charged). 2) Remove both earbuds. Hold them in each hand so you can see the LED indicators and press the button on each at the same time. 3) Press the button on each device for 5 seconds. The LEDs flash red once very briefly. Release the button as soon as it flashes red. 4) Press the button on each device again for 8 seconds. The LEDs flash pink once very briefly. Release the button once it starts flashing pink. 5) Put the headphones back in the case for at least 10 seconds. 6) Disconnect the Soundcore Liberty from the connected Bluetooth device (phone, etc.) 7) Take out the headphones. out of the case at the same time. 8) Wait about 15 seconds, then open Bluetooth source and find the headphones. 9) This process will reset the headphones, reconnect them, and then pair the headphones with the Bluetooth device. .I loved them when I received them. They immediately connected to my phone. The battery life is amazing. Sound quality is pretty good, with no super heavy bass and decent mids. Once I find the right earcup, they fit perfectly, which is surprising given that my right ear canal isn't usually able to close well with such devices. They worked very well for a month. Then the left side decided it didn't want to connect to the right side, which appears to be the one that connects to the phone. Suddenly I have one that works and one that doesn't. The manual goes through the reset process, which I've done over a dozen times. These two *won't* connect, no matter how many times and in different ways I try. I went to the Soundcore website and they seem to make absolutely no mention of this particular model on the website. I've seen dozens of posts online about similar issues and all sorts of workarounds to try and get it to reconnect. None of them helped me. Messages to the support service on the site went unanswered. I wish I could keep using them but right now they are completely useless. I will update this review when they work again.
