I was a little skeptical about this grip but it was the only one I could find for my new hydroflask. I had a similar grip for my previous hydroflask but it didn't work with the new neck style. This pen works very well. It's a bit lighter than my old one, but I really like its flexibility. I didn't need a compass so I chose the only color that didn't have one. In the end I really liked the colors. I was afraid that the rubber ring might slip off, especially when the bottle is full. It wasn't a problem at all, it didn't slip at all.
