I love these KingArt watercolor pencils! They have very good pigments and are beautifully designed. This was my first time using watercolor pencils, so I did some research to learn how to use them properly. It's a lot of fun to use! After you have drawn/colored your image, the fun begins after applying the wet brush. The color starts to melt like butter. It's like magic! I recommend using a good strong watercolor brush instead of those brushes that you fill with water (I forgot what they're called), they're more difficult to use and I just wouldn't use them. There are 24 colors in this set. They are all beautiful except for the yellow zinc. It's so light I don't know why they included it. Only one yellow is left and it works great. I like all the colors included, but would have liked more yellow. I like them so much that I immediately ordered a set with 72 pieces. If there were 2 more shades of yellow in this set I wouldn't have to buy 72. Also, I used watercolor pencils and regular watercolors together and they complement each other. another fountain. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. 1/2 star discount on this zinc yellow!
