TERRIBLE! 2 out of 2 didn't work!

Order two packs. Literally the first toner cartridge put in and all pages were printed 100% black. I thought maybe I just had a defective cartridge, but then I put in a second cartridge. All pages are printed 100% or at least 50% black as shown in the photo. I also have a big mess in my printer. Very disappointed as I wanted to try a "green" product this time. I'm not happy that I have to go to the UPS store to return them.
