These sponges are amazing! The original green version is the only sponge I've used in YEARS and absolutely loved it. They're not always easy to find in stores, but they're worth it. They're just as good but with a more durable finish, so I was interested in trying them out on some extra crazy messes. I love this jump. Sponges (all versions) stay clean for the life of the sponge - they don't pack up or lose cleaning power like Scotchbrite sponges. And they really do last forever: the mop doesn't separate from the sponge and they don't smell that easily. The corrugated side of the scrubber helps with this as you can place a sponge on that side and there is plenty of airflow to prevent that stale acid. Mine has also survived many microwaving of germs with no side effects. These heavy duty black packs are just as good but have a rougher texture and slightly stiffer consistency. -to win for me. Very happy with this find!
