Very happy with this stool. This is exactly what I was looking for as I prefer to stand, but standing all day can cause back pain/backache. We have to switch from time to time and this makes switching much more convenient than resetting my table height. This means I can only switch for a few minutes at a time, and that's often enough. I love the effect of the rocking chair when I use it. This improves posture and prevents you from tilting your weight one way or the other, as we often do. I had a problem with the chair as it wouldn't stand up. The seller told me that I might be able to adjust it by taking the seat off and loosening the bolts. However, I found removing the seat to be quite a hassle and when I informed them they sent me a new stool. They stand behind their product.
