Hard, uncomfortable and too small
I'm tall and this mask barely covers my chin. The material is very hard unlike other 3-ply masks I've bought. The PM2.5 paper insert only adds to the discomfort and I'm not sure it actually does anything useful. If I hadn't washed and ironed the masks I would have sent them back.
