My 2.5 year old son loves these bins. We use them as toys, not as pencil holders. The wheels came from the crazy garbage truck and garbage game, but it still gets five stars because we use them: outside in the dirt, inside for pushing toys and crumpled paper for recycling in our toy garbage truck, for snacks, in the bath (playing with water, and I also throw water on him to wash off the soapy water), for bedtime hugs (I know it's not comfortable, but he wants to snuggle with that), and to keep himself busy in restaurants and on the street. Automobile. Just give your kid a tissue and they will rip it up and throw it in the bins. Large size for mounting hot wheels. Love it. He's the envy of kids everywhere when we take to the streets. I never thought my child or other children would be so obsessed and fascinated with trash can toys.
