I bought this because I have a new job and I like to heat up food for lunch. I warm it up before I go to work and it is such a simple process that I really like this product. The other nice part is that the lunch box is extra large so you never have trouble fitting everything and still have extra space. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who doesn't use a microwave anywhere and wants their food to stay warm all day!

Very small pocket although it was mentioned but hot pockets hardly ever get hot no matter how high you set the microwave. Your rectangular bowl barely fits in. The top half for cold storage really doesn't do much. Really not worth it! I'm so busy that I kept forgetting to return the product and I found out that yesterday (01/31/20) was my last day 🤦🏽‍♂️. A complete waste of money and it takes less than 5 hours! I'll just throw it away or give it to the next one.

Hot water bottles are filled with paraffin (which expands when heated) so be very careful not to overheat! What I really like is that there is a hot section and a cold section. I typically microwave in 30 second increments for a total of 2 minutes. So far it hasn't been seen expanding as if it's about to explode, but I was sure there weren't any problems.
