I bought this monitor on July 1st 2021, it came ok, connected, everything was nice and stylish, remember I'm not a regular gamer so this monitor hasn't been abused at all! I pretty much played with this monitor last December 15th and then left the country leaving the monitor fine and working. When I was at home on January 22nd I found this huge crack on my screen out of nowhere! Contacted Aopen and told them about it, they said the warranty was expired and I would have to pay $179.99 to fix it, not including shipping (remember I paid $190 for this monitor. Amazon made some effort and given me the option to return the item even though it is outside the return window, however there is a 20% restocking fee which is approximately $38.To make matters worse, the price of the item has increased to $220 DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FIND ANOTHER MONITOR FOR YOUR GAMING NEEDS THAT MAKES IT BAD
