Review on ๐Ÿ“ธ Zhiyun WEEBILL S Gimbal Stabilizer for Sony A7R3, Canon 5D4, Nikon Z6, Panasonic GH5 & More: 3-Axis-Zhiyun-Weebill-S by Luis Esquivel

Powerful stabilizer in a tiny package

I used to have 3 Zhiyun stabilizers and now I have 4. Zhiyun always leads the way with innovative features that don't break the bank, but WEEBILL S doesn't . Exception. It is very similar to the previous WEEBILL in size, weight and ergonomics, but has a few more features like levers and video transmission. Also, you don't need to use the app to perform basic functions like auto-tuning motors for a camera and lens combo. I've balanced some pretty massive cameras on it, like the BMPC6K with a Canon 16-35 lens (I don't think that combo is on their list, but I'm happy to promote it). The cardan easily handles larger loads. The innovative design of Zhiyun's new stabilizers allows you to quickly switch to low/reverse mode and still maintain a good grip. I love this design, it looks a bit strange at first but after using it you don't want to go back to the usual design. At such an affordable price I really see no reason to buy another stabilizer unless you need to carry around a massive cine camera/lens or something (I haven't done that yet but I bet I do can balance my Canon C200 at this pup is easy.) I would recommend buying another 1/4"-20 grip to always keep it bolted in the top grip position. That way you can use a tripod/ Use grip combo and go into low mode without having to do any or quick action changes I'll be discussing this in my TechMove podcast (search the web) in the next episode Highly recommend!
