This was a great purchase. We were able to make room for VR gaming by getting rid of an old computer desk and mounting it on the wall. This is where our second monitor is mounted (the main monitor is the TV mounted on the wall above). The monitor arm is fixed. To adjust it, move the entire arm structure against the wall (there's a big knob for that. You unscrew it to loosen, lower it, and tighten it again). The keyboard tray is adjustable in several places. It appears to be almost spring loaded so it doesn't need to be fully tightened. Tighten enough to support the weight of the keyboard/mouse. This keeps it in order. If the tray moves during use, just tighten it a little more. I like that the keyboard tray can be slid down one side and against the wall when not in use.
