The Absence of Accountability and Follow-Through on the Part of Spektrum

Throughout my time working with Spektrum, I've run into a number of problems with the company's products as well as their customer support. Although they have an impressive assortment, I have found that the quality of their products varies greatly from one item to the next. It has been very frustrating for me to receive products that are broken or missing components on numerous occasions over the course of my shopping experience. Even more concerning is the fact that the customer service team at Spektrum doesn't take responsibility for their actions nor do they follow up on issues. When I've tried to get in touch with them about a problem, I've found that they are unresponsive and unable to offer any assistance. They don't appear to have a feeling of urgency or ownership in finding a solution to the problem. As a life counselor, I am of the opinion that accountability and follow-through are two of the most important aspects of any prosperous company. The fact that Spektrum does not possess these characteristics is concerning, and it has given me the impression that I am not supported as a customer. Although I admire the innovative nature of their product offerings, I am unable to endorse this company due to the lackluster quality of their customer support and the inconsistency of their offerings.
