I was very disappointed that the product broke when I opened it. Huge mess🤦🏻‍♀️. The product seems to work fine but now I have to keep it in a ziplock bag as it's so dirty! Update November 19, 2021 The company contacted me and did their best to fix everything. NOTHING beats great customer service. I love the product and use it daily. There are so many similar products to choose from that it's nice to know you're ordering from a reputable company.
