If you are looking for excellent lumbar support, look no further. I am a state-certified occupational therapist and have experienced back pain myself. As far as I know, I suspect it's a herniated disc. I am being treated at home, which means that I drive all day to my patient's home. Such an injury requires the spine to be lengthened (that is, bent back). Sitting in the car for a long time has strained my back as my car doesn't have good lumbar support.
