Review on Cacher by Randy Holt

It's free, easy to use with lots of features that are not available in other tools (like GitLab CE). I like it because you can easily share snippets between different projects or even teams without managing multiple copies yourself! You don't have access to all of them by default but they're pretty simple to add if needed so there really isn't anything too big about this tool as far as complaints go. If your looking into using something similar try out both options before deciding which one works best for you. One thing we've noticed since switching over from another snipet manager was how much easier it has made finding our favorite snippets within their library.
