First of all I really like these sheets. Very soft smooth feel with very few wrinkles. Immediately after drying they have almost no wrinkles compared to most other percale towels I own. Note that they're called "frosted percale" so they have a softer texture than the typical crispy percale foil. My mattress is about 14 inches deep and the fitted sheet fits well. The printed pattern is nice and clear with no gray to white spill. The pillowcases also have good stitching and finishes. Overall these are really good sheets and at a very good price. Now a plus for this seller, Royal Hotel Bedding: Any seller can ship the product I ordered online. This is a standard task and fairly easy. What is more important to me is how they respond when you have a question or problem. When I received my order I found a very small snag on one of the sheets. I think most people wouldn't even notice. But I decided to contact Royal Hotel Bedding. In less than 24 hours I received a very polite reply with an apology and a message that a new personally tested replacement was on the way. And 3 days later I received a new replacement sheet. And judging by the way it was stacked and packaged, I believe someone took the time to inspect it before shipping. Online retailers rely on higher volumes to offer good prices . And often little attention is paid to after-sales customer service. But not in my case with Royal Hotel Bedding. So I rate this as a very good set of sheets from a seller with good customer service.
