I would give this 5 stars except I have a large head so the speakers sometimes need readjusting - a personal and sensitive point. The speakers don't drift like other headbands, which is great. I like the stretchy fabric so I can wear it on my head or as an eye mask. Good sound quality, comfortable to sleep, ideal for migraines. Definitely recommend! When waking up (audio book to fall asleep) I can easily change my mind; jyst a is not for other big-headed people. The woman doesn't hear the sound either. I strongly prefer other brands that I have tried.
