Only 40 Watts apiece, not 60 Watts apiece as advertised.

I do not understand how the seller can misrepresent this product so poorly. They clearly states that each light is 60 Watts. I hooked them up to a constant voltage power supply and they pull about 40 Watts each with both lights on. That is 30% less than advertised. I have no way of judging the lumens but I very much doubt that they put out 12000LM if they are only pulling 80 Watts total.Not recommended due to inaccurate and misleading data.
