After using two slicers for years, I have decided to buy a new toaster for my wife and myself. I looked at different brands, each with their own characteristics. I chose this one because it had just the right amount of features (some toasters had too many features - overkill for the wow factor), it was a 4 slicer that could make both toast and bagels (the slots are wider to fit the size of a bagel) and it looked nice (stainless steel toasters look better than plastic toasters in my opinion). Best of all, my wife and I can now make our toast at the same time, each to our own desired readiness. She likes her toast lighter (so she took the left side and used doneness) and I like it a little darker (so I took the right side and used doneness). Puuurrrfekt! And it's easy to clean; The stainless steel is easy to clean and the crumb tray is easy to remove for cleaning. Check the picture; Here it stands nice and clean on my kitchen counter and even reflects the winter snow on my patio. Sweet. I know I have to say something negative along with the positive, but honestly I'd be lying if I said something negative. We really like this toaster - never thought I'd say that about the toaster, for goodness sake.
