Review on πŸ’» Cable Matters Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station with Dual DisplayPort, 60W Charging for Windows and Mac - Compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C, Aluminum Design by Ricardo Fast

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Gets hot and doesn't provide enough power to run monitors

This dock is not intended to be used as a docking station. It has such strong audio interference that you can hear static noise when you move the mouse over the speakers. The video output must also be done with a signal amplifier. It was a huge waste of money. I'll try to get it back but I've only been using it for a little over a month so I'm probably stuck with this.

Pros
  • Dual monitor dock supports two 4K displays with refresh rates up to 60Hz; Connect two displays to the Thunderbolt Dual Monitor Dock via DisplayPort; Extend your desktop to multiple monitors, TVs, or projectors with a Thunderbolt hub
Cons
  • Doesn't bother me
