It's easy for me as an owner of this practice, because it is so simple! I can see what everyone in my office has scheduled via text or phone call reminders within minutes after they are added into our system!! And if we have any questions about their appointments (which there haven't been many), just shoot us quick email instead - that works great too. If you're looking at other schedulers out there before making your decision then try using them with ours first-we've had no issues working together yet :).
