I like that it is easy for my patients, both young adults who are not computer savvy but also seniors with an iPad or smart phone! The ease of being able use this program as opposed from emailing appointments directly into their calendars has been great in our practice!! There isn't much dislike about saving time by having all appointment reminders available right away without any delays due date problems when emails take too long sometimes (that's just how things work). It's easy for me as an owner of this practice, because it is so simple! I can see what everyone in my office has scheduled via text or phone call reminders within minutes after they are added into our system!! And if we have any questions about their appointments (which there haven't been many), just shoot us quick email instead - that works great too.
