Expectations were not met, average quality.
I have shampoo, balm Herbal Es. I decided to buy another mask. I use shampoo, and then either balm or mask. I have bleached hair, so I can't just shampoo. For me, the effect of the mask is the same as from the balm. Hair is easy to comb, not electrified, smooth. The smell of the mask is very pleasant, just like the shampoo and conditioner. The downside of this mask is that it makes the hair roots slightly oily.
