Supplied in plastic wrap only. No labels, no instructions, nothing more. I charged 2 new batteries, pointed them at my TV and nothing happened. None of the buttons on the remote activated anything on my TV. My Sony is on the list of models that should be compatible. I was manually going through the TV's menus hoping to find a sync mode or something. Maybe I wouldn't write this bad review if some sort of manual came with the remote control. Spring. That's a waste of money.
