Terrible zippers on luggage and luggage
The backpack was used from 09/01/2019 to 01/12/2020. Both bolts went off. It has not been used recklessly or roughly. I've used it for a little over 4 months, not counting weekends, a 1 week Thanksgiving break and a 2 week break over Christmas. So very badly done. Really disgusting, I paid about $45-$50 and it can't be used in less than four months!
