I blew my previous AirPods, needed a new set and decided to try something different and tried not to settle for the standard Apple. After spending some time browsing the options, I gave these Twig in-ear headphones a try. Not to say I'm a genius, but it was a very good decision. Still, I bought them because they look damn good. Dark aluminum that hangs a little thinner on the ears. Elegant and modern look. In fact, I received several compliments from passers-by. More importantly, the sound is great. Full and enveloping, just the way I like it. Crisp and clear sound in all ranges - high, middle and low - without clipping. They just sound really, really good no matter what I'm listening to. And yes, I've run them through loud punk, soft jazz, and other stuff. It's the same with phone calls. Everything sounded very clear. Actually better than my old Airpods. It feels like I've upgraded my in-ear headphones. They are also very comfortable. Easy enough that sometimes I forget they're there. They stay safe in my ears. They are easy to control with touch sensors for start/stop, answer/end. The only thing they don't do is the volume, which needs to be controlled on the device they're paired with. Speaking of which… pairing was easy. You have to download the app, but that's not so important. They come in a round charging case that is just as beautiful as the buds. Charges fast, battery life is good. I haven't had to stop listening to recharge them yet. Compared to my old Apple headphones, they look better, sound just as good (if not better) and the price is definitely better. I would order them again.
