Love the size of this bag for taking lunch to work. It has space for a sandwich, a bag of crackers, an apple, yogurt, a bag of protein powder and 2 ice packs. But that's where the positives end. The zipper keeps sticking to part of the bag's inner material, causing it to break after a few weeks. I'll probably take another month or two out of the bag before I have to replace it as the inner fabric ruins the zipper. Even worse than the lightning is the isolation. My ice packs completely melt before lunch (in my air-conditioned office), usually in less than 4 hours. If I want to leave something cold for an afternoon snack, I can't use this bag. This problem will be the main reason I buy another bag before this one breaks. I would not recommend this bag. There are cheaper non-insulated options.
