I have been using this hair product for over a year now. Always makes hair soft, beautiful and helps a little! What I received today does not look like a normal product. This is a white paste that makes hair brittle and stiff. No matter how much product I used, it didn't leave my hair soft. I've been waiting for this product to wash my hair with all weekend. Disappointed with this purchase.
