DO NOT USE A HEAT CONTAINER

I've only had it for four days but this morning I turned on the keep warm mode while I was in the shower. I came back 15 minutes later and there was coffee everywhere. On all my counters, stove and wall. It ruined the napkin that was underneath. The brew is great, but I'll never hit the warm button again.
