I was skeptical about this. But I used DND gel polish and low settings and it worked. I took extra care to put them under the water 3 times because they were sticky after coming out. I read that once released they will be sticky. I wiped them down with isopropyl alcohol after the third time and they were perfect. I only used one coat. I'm pretty sure it will work just fine with two coats too. I really had my doubts considering the price, but it also works great because of the NO PAIN low temperature option. I was shocked. Every salon I visited burned their fingers with gel polish. I'm so glad I got this. And the detachable bottom is great for making toes. Very happy with it. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the cord is a bit short. There's nothing an extension cord can't fix, but that's another matter.
