YakAttack: A Disappointing Example of Customer Service

I was eager to put YakAttack to the test for my kayaking equipment requirements because I am a huge fan of the sport. However, I had a negative encounter with their customer support department. I emailed customer support because I had some inquiries about their offerings. I gave them a call after waiting a few days for a reply. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, I was connected to an agent who seemed unmotivated to assist me. They didn't seem to know much about the goods, as they were unable to address my inquiries. One of the items was broken when I got my order, which was a major letdown. After recontacting YakAttack, I was instructed to document the harm via a form and accompanying images. Before they finally agreed to ship me a replacement, we exchanged several emails back and forth. The whole thing with YakAttack was annoying, and I doubt I'll ever purchase there again. Their unimpressive assistance to customers and the length of time it took for them to respond bothered me. Even if they have high-quality products, my experience with their customer care fell short of expectations.

Pros
  • outstanding customer care
Cons
  • Some goods only come in a limited range of colors.
