I like that it is so easy to use, and you can have multiple people working on one document at once. It is very customizable and has tons of features. The layout isn't always as intuitive as other programs. Sometimes it's hard to find specific information. I wish there were more options to customize your screen. It's a great program to have around when you need a little extra help. We are using it to keep our employees in their offices while we train them remotely. This allows us to make sure they understand how to work with our system.
