I am very satisfied with this product! I was able to do all of this myself in less than 2 hours. Here are a few things I've learned that haven't lessened my love for the product. 1) Work slowly. Eventually, the pump begins to push warm air into the balloons. It didn't affect anything but I was concerned as these are plastic/latex balloons. 2) There are no instructions on how to use the balloon tying tool. A quick google and in under 30 seconds I was using it like a pro. 3) All in all, not many instructions. Pictures will help you, but not a bunch of words. I suppose there was a language barrier so they were hoping you could guess from the pictures. All of these decorations are included and are a "bonus" in my world since I bought them to make decorations for her HS graduation. So it was a birthday bonus. For this I bought school balloons and decided to only use them for her birthday. If you doubt this product, just buy it! You will not be disappointed. I'm really proud of what I've done and wish I'd found this when my kids were younger =)
