Does not always reflect, depends on the angle of incidence!
Reflects only when light hits it at certain angles. This is a beautiful 2mm thick bright yellow guy wire. But you can buy cheaper rope in a lighter or neon yellow color without reflective properties. Too bad it wasn't limited by the angle of the light, otherwise it would have been excellent.
