Review on 1999 2001 Super Excursion Holder Graphite by Heath Cullinan

As noted by another reviewer, installation is a little more difficult than expected. You need to replace the metal cartridge. There are 2 screws on the inside that are difficult to remove and reinsert in the tightest of spaces. Both me and my husband needed it. I think the combination of different sized hands/fingers, left hand and right hand helped. I had trouble starting the screw, had trouble removing and tightening the screws. It fits my 1999 (late 1998) F350 perfectly and is better than the original which ended up breaking.
