There is nothing good about this printer. The design is bulky and takes up too much space. It doesn't calibrate at all. No matter how many times I installed the drivers AND updated the drivers, the calibration just didn't work. Every time I wanted to print a label and not waste 2 of my labels I had to turn off the thermal printer. Turn it back on. Let it "calibrate" by spitting out 2 labels, grab the sides of the roll and pull far enough that when you print the printer doesn't print on 2 labels in an ugly way that separates the label into 2 separate documents cuts. I beg people please don't give this company your money with this particular thermal printer. If they have other great ones, give them a try. But don't take this particular model, it's terrible.
