I don't have curly hair but I have very thick straight hair. I hated how short the teeth on other scalp brushes were, but they are long enough that I can continuously clean my scalp without creating a huge tangle. The teeth are flexible and I don't feel like they are sharp. (If you have a sensitive scalp I wouldn't recommend it because I've seen those teeth get too sharp or rough.) I also have psoriasis which sometimes spreads to my scalp so my scalp really needs to be completely cleansed and any excess scales are removed. I will definitely buy if I need a replacement☺️
